What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and beat membership goals
• Own day-to-day studio operations and plan for long-term growth
• Create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks in: members, staff, vendors, and guests
• Solve problems quickly and follow through
• Hold yourself and your team accountable while keeping the energy high

• Leadership or management experience (Orangetheory experience is a big plus, but not required)
