Your military technical experience has prepared you for what's next. Build your career at Oracle.
You've developed valuable technical skills in environments where reliability, teamwork, accountability, and mission execution matter. Catalyst Military helps you apply that experience to a technical career supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Designed for transitioning and recently separated service members, veterans, National Guard members, and Reservists, Catalyst Military provides a pathway into Oracle's data center operations.
We're seeking candidates with at least three years of relevant technical experience, gained through military service or a combination of military service and other relevant technical experience. Prior commercial data center experience is not required.

A career, not an internship. Join Oracle as a Data Center Facilities Technician in a paid position from day one, applying your technical experience to support OCI's critical infrastructure.
Your experience is the foundation. The technical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and operational discipline you've developed provide a foundation for success in Oracle's data center environment.
A structured transition into Oracle. Your first six weeks combine technical foundations, supervised hands-on on-the-job training (OJT), manager coaching, and cohort-based learning to help you build Oracle-specific knowledge.

- Gain supervised, hands-on experience through structured OJT.
- Learn Oracle technologies, safety standards, processes, and operational procedures.
- Apply your existing technical and troubleshooting skills while receiving ongoing manager coaching and feedback.
- Learn alongside fellow Catalyst Military participants while developing the knowledge needed to contribute in your new role.
You're not starting over. You're building on the experience you've earned and taking the next step in your technical career.
Your Role Data Center Facilities Technician As a Data Center Facilities Technician supporting OCI, you'll help maintain the critical infrastructure that keeps Oracle's data centers operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. - Troubleshoot and support timely incident resolution, communicating status and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Participate in root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow emergency operating procedures and participate in operational readiness activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, operational efficiency, and safety.
Infrastructure Operations and Technical Documentation
- Support daily operations, equipment inspections, scheduled maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Maintain accurate equipment logs, maintenance records, technical reports, and service documentation.
- Participate in infrastructure commissioning, system testing, and operational reviews.
