Operations Manager – Brooklyn, NY
LBAPS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and lead multi-site operations across our growing organization. This leadership position requires strong management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel nationwide as we continue expanding.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
- Support organizational growth and expansion initiatives
- Manage projects, teams, and performance metrics
- Travel to offices nationwide as needed
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic objectives
Qualifications:
- Operations management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
