About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Floor Tech to join our team at Onyx Care of Natchitoches. As a Housekeeping Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our patient rooms and common areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
• Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
• Assist with laundry and recycling tasks
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment, including disposal of trash and recyclables
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team
• Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (recent graduates or those new to the industry are encouraged to apply)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Physically able to lift, push, or pull equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
