- Lead work transfer, new product introduction and operational improvement projects, coordinating activities across engineering, manufacturing and other business functions.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans and escalating issues that could affect delivery.
- Maintain effective project governance, documentation, performance reporting and stakeholder communications in accordance with established Project Management Office (PMO) standards.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, monitoring actual versus planned performance and supporting business cases and project justification activities.
- Drive lessons learned, continuous improvement and project management best practices while supporting the development of junior project team members.
What you'll bring
- 3-8 years of project management experience, with a proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience managing projects within aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or another regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, governance and risk management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams, managing resources and delivering against established milestones and business objectives.
- Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence colleagues and maintain alignment across teams.
