Reliability Lab Engineer

Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a Reliability Lab Engineer to support reliability testing, device qualification, and lab operations for cutting-edge Wide Bandgap semiconductor technologies, specifically Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC). In this hands-on role, you will design test circuits, boards, and platforms, operate stress test equipment, and analyze stress data to accelerate the adoption of high-efficiency power semiconductors.
