Full-Time | $25–$35 Per Hour Based on Experience Install It Right. Every Time. OnPoint Tech Systems designs, installs, and supports advanced technology systems for luxury homes and commercial environments throughout South Florida.

We're looking for a proficient Installation Technician who takes pride in clean, reliable work and wants to keep growing. You know your way around a job site, you work well with a team, and you hold yourself to a high standard. Programming experience is a plus, not a must. What You'll Do

• Prewire and trim out residential and commercial projects
• Install and terminate AV, networking, security cameras, and access control
• Mount TVs, speakers, keypads, and equipment cleanly and correctly
• Build clean, organized, properly labeled equipment racks
• Test, troubleshoot, and verify systems before handoff
• Complete documentation, labeling, and project photos
• Work alongside lead technicians, programmers, and electricians

The Technician We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on low-voltage, AV, security, or smart home install experience
• Proficient installer who can complete quality work with limited supervision
• Understands signal flow, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Takes pride in clean wiring, tidy racks, and accurate labeling
• Shows up prepared, on time, and follows through
• Works well with teammates and communicates professionally with clients
• Looks for solutions instead of excuses

Programming or setup experience with Control4, Lutron, Savant, Crestron, RTI, or networking is a big plus. A valid driver's license is required. Background check and drug test required.
