Hatchery General Laborer

We are currently hiring for a General Laborer in a Hatchery! 1. Sort, inspect, and process chicks according to company standards. 2. Load and unload trays, baskets, and materials used throughout the hatchery. 3. Assist with washing, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and work areas. 4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 5. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 6. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. 7. Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. 8. Follow all supervisor instructions and company policies. 9. Assist with other general labor duties as assigned. Team members will work in a poultry hatchery environment assisting with the production and care of chicks while maintaining quality, safety, and sanitation standards. No previous experience is required-training is provided. Work Schedule: 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm Sunday through Thursday & Night Shift 5:30pm to 2:00am Saturday through Wednesday
