• OneEighty, a private, non-profit organization that provides comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavior health services in and around Holmes and Wayne Counties is seeking to hire a full-time counselor or social worker to provide treatment services. Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree or PhD in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology. Licensed in Ohio, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW. Knowledge of the dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault, experience working with victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault highly preferred. Knowledge of substance abuse and addiction treatment preferred. Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Electronic Health Record. Ability to work independently and manage crises. Ability to meet productivity requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds. May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty. If in recovery must have two years of continuous sobriety. Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows you to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty's vehicle insurance. Local travel may be required. Must be certified or able to attain certification in CPR and First Aid. Full-time, Exempt, normally anytime between 8am-9pm.
