Asset Management Analyst

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support our Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. The Asset Management Analyst will maintain accurate asset records, manage inventory tracking, identify and resolve discrepancies, and support asset management activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of Agency assets, including equipment, property, and other valuable items.
• Plan for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure optimal utilization and longevity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for asset management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure assets are in good working order and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in asset management.
• Ability to interpret, organize, and communicate complex data.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to inventory and asset management.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory and asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365, including basic Excel functions.
• Previous government agency experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to undergo and pass a Public Trust background investigation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
