What You'll Do
Install Residential HVAC Systems With Pride & Precision
• Install residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality products.
• Complete full system replacements, change-outs, retrofit installations, and equipment upgrades.
• Install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical components, condensate drains, ductwork connections, and other system components.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company quality standards, and applicable local codes.
• Properly start up, test, and verify newly installed equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues to ensure systems operate as designed.
• Follow proper refrigerant handling, recovery, evacuation, and charging procedures.
• Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and job-site cleanliness.
Deliver an Exceptional Homeowner Experience
A great installation is about more than the equipment. It's about the experience we provide to every homeowner.
• Treat customers' homes and property with care and respect.
• Protect work areas and leave every job site clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Explain completed work, basic system operation, and maintenance recommendations.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Ensure homeowners feel confident in their new system and the quality of the installation.
Work Efficiently & Take Ownership of Your Work
• Complete assigned installations safely, efficiently, and within established quality standards.
• Work closely with Install Managers, Lead Installers, warehouse personnel, and support teams.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Complete accurate installation documentation and required job paperwork.
• Identify potential installation challenges and communicate solutions proactively.
• Maintain a strong focus on teamwork, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of installation quality and help minimize callbacks and rework.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced residential HVAC installers who take pride in their work, show up ready to perform, and understand the importance of quality installations.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete residential HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation procedures, equipment, and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
• Understanding of proper system startup, testing, and installation best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment and materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work Saturdays during peak season and rotating Saturdays during the off-season.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with residential retrofit and change-out installations.
• Experience installing high-efficiency HVAC systems, heat pumps, and inverter equipment.
• Knowledge of airflow, ductwork modifications, and system performance testing.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
• Previous experience working on a high-performing residential installation team.
• Strong history of quality workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Schedule & Work Environment
Full-Time | Year-Round Employment
Peak Season:
• Monday–Saturday.
• Saturday availability is required during peak season.
Off-Season:
• Monday–Friday.
• Rotating Saturdays as scheduled.
Additional hours may be required based on installation schedules and customer needs.
