We're growing our team! OMNI Technologies is looking for a 1st shift Molder to mold plastic parts from raw urethane. The 1st shift schedule is: Monday - Friday 6:30AM-3PM. There is potential for overtime.

Essential job duties:

Read and understand work orders Break down material formulas using mathematical equations Learn about and apply knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their associated processing parameters Promote a culture of teamwork Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues Maintain equipment Keep work area clean and orderly Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High School degree or GED
• Working with hand tools
• Mathematical ability
• Manual dexterity
• Attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to read blueprints a plus!
