Olsson offers clients a full spectrum of water services, including planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. As a drafting student intern on our Water Resources team, you will provide assistance to engineers and designers using AutoCAD and ArcGIS Pro. You will contribute to project production sheets by adding dimension/layout plans, title/detail sheets, and quantity estimating. You will get the opportunity to contribute to project plan sets and then visit the project site. Project work may be related to hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for stormwater and flood control management, floodplain management, scour and erosion control, and watershed management planning.

You are passionate about:

Working collaboratively with others.
Having ownership in the work you do.
Using your talents to positively affect communities.

You bring to the team:

Strong communication skills

Pursuing an associate degree in computer-aided design drafting
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
