Office Cleaners Needed Start Date: Monday, August 3, 2026 Possible immediate hire for the right experienced candidates Location: Northborough, Massachusetts Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (? hour unpaid lunch at 12:00 PM) Job Duties May Include: \~ Dumping trash \~ Cleaning and stocking bathrooms \~ Dusting and disinfecting surfaces \~ Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming \~ Cleaning vents \~ Cleaning 1st-level windows and glass \~ Other general cleaning duties as assigned Compensation: \~ \$18 per hour \~ Sign-on Bonus: \$150 after 30 days of service and \$200 after 90 days \~ Free group life insurance policy \~ 401(k) eligibility after 60 days Requirements: \~ Must have prior cleaning experience \~ Must be able to work independently \~ Must demonstrate good customer service skills \~ Must have reliable transportation \~ Must be able to work with harsh cleaning chemicals and various types of gloves (latex, nitrile, vinyl) \~ Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities \~ Must be authorized to work in the United States \~ All languages encouraged to apply
