Football Student Assistant-Work Study

• Supervisor/Manager: Edward Reny Department: Athletics-Football Purpose or role of the position: Employees will assist the football team in day-to-day operations: primarily around practice, where the team will need equipment set up, practice filmed and assistance for when prospective student athletes visit the institution. This position will be filled by those who can demonstrate their ability to be self-motivated, organized, and a love for the game of football.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent The University of Olivet football
• Prepare the football field with the necessary equipment for practice and gamedays
• Post practice, return equipment to storage
• Film practice, either on the field or in press box
• Help position coaches with equipment set up for drills
• Assist coaches with on campus recruiting efforts
• Other duties as assigned by the head football coach
• May be asked to travel with team for away events
