Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage; enter counts into ERP systems
Safely transport materials throughout the facility using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes (as applicable)
Ensure proper stacking, securing, and handling of materials to prevent damage or injury
Attach labels, tags, and shipping documentation to products
Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and basic math skills
Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas (5S standards)
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Ability to safely operate or learn material-handling equipment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
Ability to stand, walk, and work on a concrete floor for 8–10 hours per shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels
Ability to work in varying climate conditions (heat, cold, humidity typical of Houston)
