Service BDC Representative
Olathe Ford Lincoln | Olathe, KS
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays
Are you customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? Join Olathe Ford Lincoln as a Service BDC Representative and become an important part of our customer experience team. You'll help customers schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure each interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate department
- Respond to phone, email, internet, and live chat inquiries
- Provide customers with basic service and dealership information
- Assist customers with rental vehicle agreements, pick-ups, and returns
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to support dealership operations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
What You Need
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen
