Person will work under approved protocols and approval of the Medical Director. Graduate of an accredited school or program for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Nurse Practitioner must have a Master's Degree and prescriptive authority. Must have an Oklahoma License and Certification appropriate to field of study. Potential exposure to infectious materials; substances; bio hazards including HIV, hepatitis, latex, etc. Lifting required as needed to assist patients. Required Qualifications

• Master's Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
• Graduate of an accredited school or program for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Nurse Practitioner must have a Masters Degree and prescriptive authority. Must have an Oklahoma License and Certification appropriate to field of study.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

Certification appropriate to credential Current Oklahoma PA or NP License registrations, or licenses required as a prerequisite of employment. DEA Certificate BNDD Certificate Must have and maintain current BLS certification or obtain before beginning work.
