This position is responsible for performing specialized operational, technical, or analytical tasks within the assigned domain.The Application Administrator configures, maintains, and supports customer-facing applications within the OSU A&M System using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This role ensures applications are reliable, user-friendly, and meet business needs by executing day-to-day administration and providing responsive support to end users.Required Qualifications High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) Four years' related work experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and customer service. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Technology-related field. Four years' experience administering IT systems.
