This role supports production operations through machine setup, program verification, and quality machining processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment. - Perform machine setups and prove out programs. - Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and accuracy. - Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed. - Follow production schedules and work instructions. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Collaborate with team members to support shop productivity and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience required. Experience operating and maintaining CNC equipment. Ability to read and follow machining specifications and instructions.
