POSITION SUMMARY

The CNC Machine Operator will prepare, set up, and operate CNC machinery to perform drilling, grinding, milling, and other machining functions. This position requires the ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings, enter machine commands, inspect finished products, and make adjustments to ensure all parts meet required specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and related machining tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Translate job instructions into computer commands and machine settings.
• Load raw materials and parts into CNC machines.
• Conduct test runs to verify that machines produce parts according to specifications.
• Set machines to complete full production cycles and manufacture required quantities.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to improve quality and accuracy.
• Inspect and measure finished products using precision measurement tools.
• Compare completed parts with specifications to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance to keep machinery operational.
