We are looking for an On-Call Inspector for our Wixom facility. In this role you will utilize training, knowledge, and experience to make critical decisions regarding front-end and back-end processing operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring that customers’ products are thoroughly inspected for quality after processing, properly repackaged, and accurately prepared for shipment

Your Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and co-workers in a ‘customer-friendly’ manner.
• Receive and inspect customer product for processing.
• Inspect the finished product.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Learn new skills and cross-train into various departments.
• Visual inspection of tools for proper coating.
• Learning DE fixturing techniques.
• Post quantities being shipped into the computer system.
• Pack customer parts for shipping.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribes safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management.

Your Profile:

• Commits to corporate core values, goals, mission, and vision.
• High School graduate or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be comfortable working with hands and be able to lift 40lbs.
• Individual must have strong work ethic, be high-energy, and detail oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude.
• Good Attendance.
• In compliance with U.S. Government technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
