Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Mt Vernon, Missouri has openings for a Clinic Manager within our Mt Vernon Clinic.

Our Mission: Ozarks Community Hospital and clinics are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and preventive services to all patients in an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and dignity, with a commitment to care for the underserved and to improve access to care.

Supervises and coordinates activities of office staff. Prepares work schedules and expedites work flow. Responsible to assist in the development of policies and procedures and responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures for the office/clinic. Keeps the provider(s) informed of both progress and potential problems. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery. Supports the billing/finance department with their monitoring of billing and collections. Reports to their Clinic Administrator or designee.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current BLS preferred.
• One year management/supervisory experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors.
• Coding and billing experience preferred.
