Description

Travel the Northeast | Install. Align. Rebuild. Keep Industry Moving.

Not Your Typical Millwright Job

Are you a skilled Millwright who enjoys taking on machinery that most people will never see up close? Do you like traveling, solving mechanical problems, and working on large-scale industrial equipment?

At OASIS Alignment Services, you'll work on the machinery that keeps America's manufacturing industry running. From paper mills and power plants to heavy industrial facilities, you'll install, dismantle, align, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild critical equipment throughout the Northeast.

This isn't a repetitive plant maintenance position. You'll go where the work is, tackle different machinery and challenges, and build specialized expertise in precision alignment and metrology.

Why Join OASIS?

OASIS Alignment Services is a premier provider of precision alignment and 3D metrology solutions. Our teams solve complex machinery challenges that directly impact equipment reliability, productivity, and safety.

No two projects are the same.

One week you may be rigging and setting a large piece of industrial equipment. The next, you could be tearing down and rebuilding machinery, completing a precision alignment, or supporting a critical plant shutdown.

If you're a Millwright who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys challenging mechanical work, and doesn't want to be stuck working on the same equipment every day, you'll fit right in.

Requirements

What You'll Do

As a Millwright, you will:

  • Install, dismantle, move, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and equipment
  • Perform machinery tear-downs, inspections, repairs, and reassembly
  • Rig, lift, position, level, and set industrial equipment
  • Perform precision mechanical alignments and equipment adjustments
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and alignment-related issues
  • Work with rotating equipment, machinery components, bearings, shafts, couplings, and related systems
  • Support machinery installations, outages, shutdowns, and emergency repair projects
  • Use precision measuring tools to verify equipment positioning and alignment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and machinery inspections
  • Work directly with customers and project teams to solve mechanical challenges
  • Follow established safety procedures while working in demanding industrial environments
  • Travel throughout the Northeast and occasionally across the U.S.
  • Learn advanced alignment and 3D metrology technologies

Every job brings a different machine, facility, challenge, and opportunity to expand your skills.
