Warehouse/Distribution Associate

Description Warehouse/Distribution Associate Schedule: Full Time, schedule may include evenings and weekends Pay: $20.00 – $21.50/hr. Warehouse/Distribution Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products
• Operate and coordinate the movement of materials using conveyors, hoists, carts, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment
• Review receiving and shipping documentation, material movement requests, and warehouse capacity to schedule and prioritize material-handling activities
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Maintain and prepare shipping, receiving, and inventory records as needed
• May oversee and provide guidance to shipping and receiving personnel
• Assist in other production areas as needed to support operational requirements
• Ship and receive products utilizing agency vehicles
• Promptly report all incidents, concerns, or unexpected events to the appropriate supervisor(s)

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a warehouse setting or similar industrial experience
• Valid NYS driver's license and maintain a driving record in accordance with our Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier
