Role Summary
Nuuly is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to lead project management for our always-on and seasonal marketing and merchandising work. You will keep a high volume of cross-functional projects moving from brief to launch, including web/app updates, CRM communications and touchpoints, paid social, and product-exclusive collaborations. You will also partner directly with the Associate Director of Creative Operations to plan and run brand awareness campaigns. This is a role for someone who loves keeping complex work organized, builds trust with creative and business partners, and improves how teams work together.
Role Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for seasonal and always-on initiatives across web/app, CRM, paid social, and product-exclusive collaborations, from brief intake through launch.
- Intake and clarify briefs from marketing and merchandising partners, making sure scope, deliverables, owners, and deadlines are clearly defined.
- Build and maintain workback schedules and calendars, and keep multiple projects with competing timelines on track.
- Track and prioritize requests, balancing team capacity and resourcing across creative, marketing, merchandising, and studio partners.
- Partner with the Associate Director to plan and execute brand awareness campaigns, including timelines, cross-team alignment, and launch readiness.
- Communicate status, risks, and changes clearly and proactively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage tasks and projects in Asana, keeping them accurate, current, and easy for partners to follow.
- Use Figma to review work in progress, understand design handoffs, and keep assets and feedback organized.
- Identify and implement improvements to briefing, intake, and workflow processes that increase efficiency and quality.
- Foster a respectful, collaborative culture across Creative Operations and partner teams.
Role Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing operations, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or a subscription/consumer brand.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Asana or a similar project management tool (such as Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, or Jira).
- Working knowledge of Figma, including navigating files, reading comments, and following design handoffs. Design skills are not required.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email/CRM, paid social, and web/app merchandising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- A process-oriented mindset and a track record of improving workflows.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting brand or awareness campaigns.
- Experience with product collaborations or exclusive partnerships.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and retail industry trends.
