This is a leadership and selling role. You will be the senior face of Numerator to C-suite (CMO, CGO, CCO, CEO) and executive leaders at the world’s most iconic CPG brands. You will also build the engagement and endorsement across Category Management, Consumer Insights, RGM, and Innovation teams that turn an executive relationship into a durable, expanding partnership.

What you'll do:

• Own the revenue plan for the team, including growth within our largest accounts and acquisition of new logos.

• Advise C-suite and senior executives at CPG manufacturers, positioning Numerator’s connected capabilities as essential to commercial and marketing decisions while playing the role of executive sponsor at key accounts

• Build and sustain relationships across multiple levels and buying centers, with a focus on Category Management, Consumer Insights, Revenue Growth Management, and Innovation.

• Lead negotiation and renewal of strategic, high-revenue-impact agreements, including multi-product and multi-year partnerships.

• Develop account strategies and territory plans with your team, and step in as an executive sponsor on key pursuits.

• Maintain disciplined sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal-stage hygiene in Salesforce.

• Partner closely with Consulting, Research, Analytics, Product, and Marketing to co-create tailored solutions and deliver measurable client impact.

• Represent Numerator in the market as a thought leader on CPG, shopper, and consumer trends and on research innovation.

• Bring client and market feedback to Product and leadership to inform strategy and roadmap.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in market research, consumer insights, panel data, or CPG-focused data and analytics solutions, including 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams.

• Demonstrated experience selling panel-based insights and/or survey research solutions.

• Deep understanding of the CPG landscape, including how manufacturers organize, make decisions, and buy across Category Management, Consumer Insights, Revenue Growth Management, and Innovation.

• Proven success influencing and closing business with C-level and senior leaders at Fortune 500 CPG manufacturers.

• Track record of both new-logo acquisition and growth within large strategic accounts.

• Experienced negotiator, with a history of structuring and renewing complex, high-value partnerships.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence, with the ability to connect research insights to commercial outcomes.

• A strategic thinker who can build a plan, align a team around it, and execute.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce and a commitment to forecasting and pipeline discipline.

• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred:
