We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement. Position Overview We are seeking a Laborer/Helper to join our team at our Phoenix, AZ branch. This is a full-time, field-based position supporting our pipeline inspection and maintenance operations. The position requires travel to job sites during the workweek and may include occasional overnight stays depending on project assignments. What You’ll Do
- Operate vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment safely
- Assist with debris removal, including shoveling, lifting, and moving materials
- Crawl, kneel, and work in confined spaces as required
- Remove and replace manhole covers
- Pick up, sort, organize, and deliver inventory and materials
- Work safely around equipment, machinery, and potential biohazards
- Use required PPE and specialized safety equipment, including goggles, earplugs, and other protective equipment
- Work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, wet environments, excessive noise, and heights
- Travel to job sites during the workweek, with occasional overnight stays depending on project assignments
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Experience with confined space entry, sewer line cleaning, or construction safety preferred
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, shoveling, crawling, kneeling, and working in varying environmental conditions
