Leasing Associate

At NTS, we don’t just lease apartments - we create communities where people love to live. We’re looking for an energetic Leasing Associate to join our Indianapolis team! This position will begin at one of our Indianapolis communities for approximately six months, with the potential to transition into a Floating Leasing Associate role supporting multiple NTS communities throughout the area. What You’ll Do

• Conduct tours and connect prospects with their new home
• Manage leads, applications, and leasing paperwork
• Provide top-notch service to current residents
• Promote community amenities and boost leasing success
• Collaborate with leasing teams to achieve occupancy goals
• Potentially support multiple Indianapolis communities as the role evolves
• Weekend availability required

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Indianapolis communities if needed
