Maintenance Route Tech 2

The Maintenance Route Tech 2 reports to the Assistant Manager and handles the work orders for the maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age;
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Working knowledge of repairing buildings/structures;
• Knowledge of construction methods/tools;
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to read blueprints;
• Nice, friendly and willing to work attitude;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License with clean and current DMV printout;
• Have and maintain OSHA certification as required;
• Ability to stand long periods of time, walk the property, climb stairs and ladder;
• Ability to bend and lift up to 100lbs. and push up to 150lbs., as needed.
