Maintains grounds and buildings.\ \ **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\ \ 1. Operates tractors, forklifts, riding lawn mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, etc.\ 2. Identifies problems and determines appropriate action by consulting schematics or manuals.\ 3. Checks cords, plugs, and safety features, oils and greases gears and casings on electric hand tools, drills, saws, and impact hammers.\ 4. Cleans dirty equipment and/or parts using air hoses or chemical solutions, and maintains cleaning and floor maintenance equipment.\ 5. Sharpens blades on mowers, tractors, and other hand tools.\ 6. Maintains parts and supplies, such as oil, gas, and filters. Orders new inventory as required.\ 7. Maintain the grounds and all buildings.\ 8. Other duties as assigned.\ **
