Hands-on work with mechanical components, including fasteners, bearings, motors, and structural assemblies. - Ideal for candidates with a background in mechanical assembly, machine building, or equipment installation. - Contribute to the design and build of innovative systems used globally in food production. - Be part of a collaborative team in a supportive, values-driven workplace - Indoor climate controlled manufacturing enviroment. - Read and interpret shop prints and technical drawings - Assemble mechanical components to precise specifications - Troubleshoot and verify proper fit, function, and alignment of assemblies - Use measuring tools and mechanical aptitude to ensure quality craftsmanship - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment - Support production needs by performing additional duties as assigned - Collaborate closely with leads and other team members to meet production goals. {=html} - Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, nuts, bolts, and equipment - Ability to read technical drawings and apply measurements with accurancey. - Willingness to adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and team protocols. - Lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs independently; team lifting required for heavier loads. - Standing and walking on concrete floors for 8-10 hours.
