What You’ll Do

• Prepare and bake our signature Bundt Cakes according to established recipes and brand standards.
• Follow recipes, baking procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent, delicious products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, labeling, dating, and product rotation procedures.
• Monitor baking times, product quality, and daily production needs.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and ensure cakes are ready for our guests.
• Communicate with team members and management to support daily bakery operations.
• Demonstrate our HEART values in everything you do.
