- Send documents for official recording and follow up after the closing
You might be a good fit if you:
- Like working with documents and making sure everything is accurate
- Are good at staying organized and meeting deadlines
- Can clearly communicate by email and phone
- Are comfortable learning new systems and following procedures
- Enjoy being part of a team, working behind the scenes
Helpful (but Not Required):
- Experience in real estate, mortgages, banking, or office administration
- Proven ability to work on multiple deadlines at once
Why join us?
- Growth and career opportunities - learn valuable skills in a professional industry
- A knowledgeable and supportive team
- Work that makes a real difference in people's lives
