· Collaborate with our talent acquisition team to meet staffing commitments.

· Support initiatives such as Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Product Line Architecture (PLA), and Agile implementation that provide a competitive advantage for our customers.

In the Chief Engineer Manager role, you will oversee a team of Chief Engineers that are responsible for developing System CONOPS, Mission Analysis, KPPs, Functional Decomposition, Requirements Allocation, Interface Definition, Architectural Design, and Descriptive Modeling of our products for the Mission Survivability Systems business unit. You and your team will collaborate across all engineering functions, the program office, and our customers to ensure our systems meet our program needs and requirements.
