- Develop and maintain project punch lists, track installation deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions through resolution.
- Support system testing, commissioning, operational readiness reviews, and final project turnover to ensure installations meet client expectations.
- Review as-built drawings, testing records, commissioning documentation, and other project closeout deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead project coordination meetings, technical discussions, and design reviews while maintaining clear communication and accountability among stakeholders.
- Prepare regular project status reports, technical recommendations, and management updates covering milestones, risks, outstanding issues, and project performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, technical reviews, project records, and supporting materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve security design standards, contractor coordination, installation quality, and project delivery processes.
What We're Looking For

- Familiarity with enterprise access control and video management platforms, such as Lenel, Software House, or similar systems, is highly desirable.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions.
