About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your expertise and empathy will make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to residents, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
