Your responsibilities will include: Provide technical support and problem resolution to end users across multiple sites\ Respond to and assist staff with Help Desk requests in a timely manner\ Perform equipment moves, repairs, additions, and changes including end user devices and network equipment\ Install and configure PC hardware and software\ Collaborate with the IT team to create and update operational procedures\ Assist in maintaining and enhancing technical infrastructure including LAN/WAN networks, Windows servers, operating systems, Exchange, and workstations\ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure reliable network performance Key Skills and Abilities Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively\ Strong communication and customer service skills\ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment\ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining secure, reliable systems
