Writing/Placing Orders, Assist with Department Hiring, Team Member Accountability, Team Member Coaching/Evaluations, Inventory Management, Production, Wrapping, Weighing, Pricing, Merchandising, Cleaning, Sanitation, Stocking, Putting Loads Away, Organizing Freezers & Walk-In Refrigerators.

Essential Job Functions:

• World Famous Friendly customer service with customers and teammates.
• Work as part of a “team” atmosphere.
• Oversee all job functions within the department.
• Assist with training of department new team members on operating and safety procedures
• Team motivation, direction and coaching.
• Ordering, & inventory maintenance.
• Daily logs current, quality control & reducing shrink.
• Achieving & exceeding gross profit goals.
• Making sandwiches.
• Using the meat slicer.
• Using the oven for baking bakery product.
• Making salads & maintaining throughout the day.
• Stocking freezer and walk-in.
• Stocking bakery tables, cheese case and HMR case.
• Using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Product knowledge.
• Using deli scales and bakery printers.
• Detailed cleaning of entire bakery deli department per detailed cleaning list.
• Cleaning rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner.
• Packaging & labeling product.
• Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures.
• Assist in oversight of department safety standards.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills Needed:
