About Noovo Noovo is a growing RV manufacturing company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in innovative, high-quality Class B recreational vehicles. We are committed to craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional products to our customers. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to support our manufacturing and after-sales operations. This position is responsible for purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, tracking deliveries, and ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders based on production schedules and inventory needs.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and expedite orders to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Production, Quality, and After-Sales departments.
• Identify material shortages and communicate potential supply disruptions.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing, and delivery dates in the ERP system.
• Process purchasing requests for warranty parts and after-sales service materials.
• Follow up with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Support continuous improvement of purchasing and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Experience with automotive, RV, electrical, or mechanical components is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to access manufacturing areas as needed
