Patient Service Representative

Position: Patient Service Representative Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406

Schedule:

Days 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Evenings 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or Nights 11:30 PM–7:30 AM Pay Rate: $26/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide patient-facing administrative and customer service support in a healthcare setting. The role requires good communication, basic computer knowledge, and a professional approach when assisting patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service and administrative support to patients and others. Communicate clearly and professionally during patient interactions. Use computer systems for routine administrative tasks. Assist with day-to-day activities within the Care-Administrative department. Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling multiple tasks.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience. Practical knowledge of computers.

Qualifications:

3+ years of related healthcare, registration, physician billing, medical records, or medical office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
