- Partner with Portfolio Leaders and key stakeholders to develop and execute real estate portfolio strategies aligned with business priorities and corporate objectives.
- Analyze portfolio performance and opportunities to support optimization, consolidation, expansion, relocation and footprint transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases, financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions, capital allocation and strategic portfolio initiatives.
- Deliver data-driven insights and executive recommendations to support portfolio governance, strategic planning and decision-making.
- Support the execution of portfolio transformation programs including portfolio optimization, location strategy and workplace initiatives.
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, analytics and reporting to monitor performance, risks, benefits realization and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities, validate assumptions and measure strategic value creation.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled analytics and innovation to enhance portfolio intelligence, reporting and decision support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, financial analysis, consulting or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling and business case development skills, including investment appraisal, scenario analysis and executive recommendations.
- Experience supporting portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, transformation programs or strategic investment initiatives.
- Advanced analytical and data visualization skills, with hands-on experience using Excel, Power BI and related tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and influence decision-making across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
