NEEDED: Pharmacists
LOCATIONS:
- Salt Lake City, UT 84116
- Gunnison, UT 84634
SCHEDULE: As Needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a valid Utah Pharmacist license and ensure license remains current.
- Must hold a Utah Controlled Substance license to practice.
JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare medications according to prescriptions written by authorized medical practitioners;
- Provide drug information and consultation to physicians, nurses, patients, and other clinical staff;
- Order and maintain a secure inventory of drugs, chemicals, and controlled substances;
- Fill and refill prescriptions as authorized;
- Prepare reports on medication and drug usage patterns; and
- Perform other pharmaceutical tasks assigned by DHHS staff.
