• Performing routine cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of floor surfaces including carpet, tile, wood, and concrete.
• Operating and maintaining floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.
• Applying appropriate cleaning solutions and following safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assessing and responding to client requests and concerns regarding floor care needs.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and quality service delivery.
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, and reporting any deficiencies.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in floor care or related field.
• Knowledge of various floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment.
