What You'll Do

As an LPN at Lakeshore Meadows, you'll play an important role in providing quality nursing care while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team.

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Help create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents.

What We're Looking For

• Active Tennessee LPN License (Graduate Nurses and Graduate Practical Nurses are encouraged to apply!)
• A compassionate attitude and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A dependable nurse who takes pride in providing excellent care.
