Cornerstone Program Director

The Cornerstone School is a trauma-informed high school located in St. Johnsbury Vermont and is looking for a full-time Program Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the impact trauma has on student functioning, restorative practices, relationship building skills and how to build a positive team culture. Responsibilities include: supervising a staff of teachers, clinicians, and teacher's aids, running program meetings and staff development, organizing scheduling for staff and students, hiring, participating in treatment and IEP team meetings, developing individualized treatment plans for students and providing staff training. Bachelor's degree plus four years of experience required, master's degree and licensure preferred.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000
