NextPhase Construction & Remodeling, LLC is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated Carpenter / Remodeler to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and light commercial remodeling projects throughout Westmoreland County and the Greater Pittsburgh area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and can work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple aspects of remodeling and be capable of completing projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. ### Responsibilities 1. Perform residential and light commercial remodeling and renovation work. 2. Frame walls, install doors, windows, trim, and finish carpentry. 3. Install flooring, including luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and hardwood. 4. Perform drywall installation, finishing, and painting. 5. Complete kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations. 6. Assist with deck construction, exterior repairs, and other carpentry projects. 7. Read measurements, layouts, and basic construction plans. 8. Identify job-site challenges and assist in developing practical solutions. 9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 10. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. 11. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines without sacrificing quality. ### Qualifications 1. Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction required. 2. Strong working knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques. 3. Ability to perform multiple remodeling tasks with minimal supervision. 4. Experience with framing, finish carpentry, flooring, and drywall preferred. 5. Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install building materials. 6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. 7. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional attitude. 8. Ability to perform physically demanding construction work, including lifting materials and working on ladders. 9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. 10.
