Job Summary The Elementary Principal Substitute provides temporary administrative leadership and support at the elementary school level when the assigned site principal is absent or as needed. Responsibilities include supporting daily school operations, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, assisting with student discipline and attendance, supporting staff, communicating with parents and guardians, and ensuring compliance with district policies and procedures. The substitute principal works collaboratively with district and school personnel to promote student achievement, maintain continuity of school operations, and support the overall educational program.
