Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (Full-Time Position with Sign-ON Bonus, Excellent Benefits Package, Competitive Compensation Package and much more!) We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who is committed to improving the quality of life for patients through comprehensive physical therapy services.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities to enhance movement, alleviate pain, and regain functional independence.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
• Deliver direct patient care focused on restoring strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Instruct patients and their families on home exercise regimes to support rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with rehabilitation teams and contribute to discharge planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to build rapport with patients.
