Certified Hand Therapist

We are actively seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist to join our team! This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with hand surgeons in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong referral demand. The team is small, supportive, and close-knit, with opportunities for professional growth and potential future leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT), or eligible for Oregon licensure
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
